Business Consulting & Executive Benefits Planning

As your company grows, so will your responsibilities. Having a collaborative team continually working with you, enables you to control your money and wealth more effectively, so you can focus on your business.

We realize that a company's most valuable resources are its employees. Ensuring that your employees are rewarded for their efforts is critical and often incorrectly implemented.

Wealth Control Advisors examines the following issues and others to help you attract and retain key talent.

Employee Benefits
The most generous benefits may not be the right ones. We work with owners, boards and top officers to clearly define the employees' needs. We then design comprehensive plans to help assure that company programs are optimized for impact, and savings, and address the real needs of employees. We also facilitate "brown bag lunches" or Employee Enrichment Seminars on topics that employers feel will benefit all employees including rank and file.

The results are better budgets, happier employees, and healthier companies.

Executive Compensation
Most employee benefit plans discriminate against senior management and the highly compensated employees. Consideration should be given to evaluating the employer's desire to provide essential personnel with appropriate benefits to eliminate dangers and "gaps" created by this legal discrimination. Often, we can design strategic solutions for a specific category of employees as tax-deductible business expenses.

Succession Planning and Funding
Sadly, many succession plans are unfunded, under funded or outdated. This can result in major problems in the event of death, disability, or retirement of an owner/founder or principal shareholder. In addition, the end game goals of a young entrepreneur are often different from someone closer to retirement. These problems can have dire consequences for private companies, especially if family members depend on business assets for their support or inheritance. This complex topic needs expert attention and mature consideration and cannot await the arrival of someday.

Retirement Plans, Pension Plans, Profit Sharing Plans
If you are the owner and/or trustee of your company's retirement plan, you have personal "fiduciary" liability to evaluate, select, and monitor the plan investments and fees on an ongoing basis. Failure to do so may jeopardize your personal assets.

Most qualified retirement plans discriminate against highly compensated individuals and leave them without sufficient retirement cash flow to maintain their lifestyles. Assessment of their plan designs and limitations may reveal the need to provide an additional layer of benefits (SERP- supplemental executive retirement plan) or to modify company-sponsored qualified retirement plans. Experience, expertise and global thinking can generate cost-effective, timely solutions.
